I take pride in my work and it’s important to me that my clients are happy with what I do for them. To help make sure you will be, I offer this guarantee.

For all writing, editing and proofreading work:

• Before starting work, where possible, I’ll agree with you the number of hours I will charge for and the price per hour.
• If you’re not completely happy with the first draft, I will amend the text free of charge.
• I’ll stick to the agreed figure unless further amends are needed or the brief or scope of the project change.
• If the circumstances change I’ll discuss the situation with you before doing more work.

My aim is always to meet your requirements and exceed your expectations.
