I take pride in my work and it’s important to me that my clients are happy with what I do for them. To help make sure you will be, I offer this guarantee.

For all writing, editing and proofreading work:

• Before starting work I’ll agree with you the number of hours I will charge for and the price per hour.
• If you’re not completely happy with the first draft, I will amend the text free of charge.
• I’ll stick to the agreed figure unless further amends are needed or the brief or scope of the project change.
If the circumstances change I’ll discuss the situation with you before doing more work.
